Sofia's Daycare & Play School in Brooklyn, NY brings you more information about our enrollment process and terms. Please take a look at the points below to learn more about our daycare
and Play School.

Our Terms and Conditions: 

• A Medical Report Must Be Completed and Signed by a Physician and Included with All Registration Forms
• Childcare will be Provided as per hours listed within Parents-Provider Agreement (You also will be Billed According to the Agreement)   
• If Hours of Attendance Exceed 18 Hours per Week, You will be charged 50% of Agreement Part Time Rate
• If Your Hours Change, Please Let Us Know and We Will Have You Fill Out a New Parent/Provider Agreement Form
• Monthly Deposit is Required upon Enrollment (As Per Agreement Rate)
• One Month Notice is Required Prior to Leaving in Order to Refund Your Deposit
• Parents/Guardians are required to Complete and Return All Daycare Registration Forms on/or before the First Day of Care
• The Daycare Reserves the Right to Suspend or Terminate Care of any Child with 48 Hours’ Notice
• The Termination of Enrollment may be the Result of the Following: Non-Payment of Tuition; Continued Violations of Daycare
• Vacation or Any Other Missing Attendance for Over 2 Weeks, Will Be Charged 50% of Agreement Full Time Rate
• You will be Charged a Minimum 18 (Eighteen) Hours for All Vacation, Sick or Other Missing Hours
